- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

About UP Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB)
UPSESSB उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य का एक शिक्षा बोर्ड है। इसका गठन उत्तर प्रदेश विधान अधिनियम द्वारा मध्यवर्ती शिक्षा अधिनियम, 1921 के तहत मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों में शिक्षकों के चयन के लिए किया गया था। बोर्ड एक निकाय कॉर्पोरेट होगा। यह पूरे यूपी राज्य में शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और इसका मुख्यालय इलाहाबाद में है। इसने राज्य स्तर पर माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा आयोग को भी प्रधानों, व्याख्याताओं, मुख्याध्यापकों और एल.टी. ग्रेड शिक्षक। क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर माध्यमिक शिक्षा चयन बोर्ड सीटी / जेटीसी / बीटीसी ग्रेड में तुलनात्मक रूप से कम पदों के लिए उपयुक्त प्रतियोगियों का चयन करता है।
इस बोर्ड में एक अध्यक्ष और 10 (दस) सदस्य होते हैं। शिक्षकों की सीधी भर्ती की विधि के बारे में मामलों पर दिशानिर्देश तैयार करने के लिए बोर्ड के पास (i) जैसे विभिन्न कर्तव्य हैं, (ii) परीक्षा आयोजित करने और शिक्षकों के रूप में नियुक्त होने के लिए आवेदकों का चयन करने के लिए साक्षात्कार आयोजित करते हैं, (iii) प्रशासन करने के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति के बारे में सिफारिश करने के लिए बोर्ड और (iv) के निपटान में रखा गया धन। कई और शक्तियां और कर्तव्य हैं जो इस बोर्ड के पास हैं लेकिन हम इस लेख में यहां सभी का उल्लेख नहीं कर सकते हैं।
