Upload scanned photograph (100-200 KB, jpg/jpeg) and signature (80-150 KB, jpg/jpeg)

Pay the application fee online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or SBI Challan (last date for Challan payment: 18/11/2025)

Preview the form, submit by 16th November 2025, and take a printout of the final submitted application and payment receipt
