Based on the above mentioned recruitment stages, the selection is done strictly as per the merit. Date, time and place for all activities viz. CBT, Typing Skill Test/ Computer Based Aptitude Test, Document Verification, Medical Examination or any other additional activity as applicable will be decided by RRB and will be communicated to the eligible candidates in due course. Request for postponement of any of the above activities or change in venue, date and shift will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The exam pattern will be as follows:

- The question paper will be of 100 marks/ questions.

- The time duration of the exam will be 90 minutes.

Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories: UR-40%, EWS-40%, OBC (Non Creamy Layer) -30%, SC-30%, ST-25%. 2% relaxation for PwBD candidates.
